About Us
The Satell Center for Executive Development and its vast digital content library provides specialized education to over 50,000 executives each year, including executives representing most of the Fortune 1000. It traces its roots to training, publishing, internet, audio conferencing and webinar learning businesses. One component of our history has remained the same for over 20 years – the dedication to executive training with a focus on improving organizational performance.
The Satell Center fills a void in the training market by providing courses and certificate programs that are 100% online, collaborative and focused only on developing the most critical competencies that improve individual and organizational effectiveness. By investing 2-3 hours each week to conveniently learn and apply best practices on their own schedule, individuals and organizations accelerate development.
We go beyond business schools that provide degrees or week long classroom programs taught by academic faculty. Our presenters are proven business and recognized industry experts who have "walked the talk". Our content is rich with best practices, supplemented by current readings, articles, and case studies. Participants collaborate with experienced professionals whose similar challenges and experiences enrich the learning experience. Each executive receives personalized, one-to-one feedback from our instructors and completes a final assessment that links relevant lessons learned to opportunities for improving performance.
Our mission is simple: "To improve executive effectiveness and organizational performance by providing practical, collaborative training entirely online."
